almost crazy!^^

todays exercise..

3 sets of 16. (small dumbbell)
3 sets of 12. (large dumbbell)
19, 15, 12, 5 chin up (abit more..)
nil for abs today..( arms is wiped out..)

sick sia.. 1/2 happy 1/2 sad.. totally beat.. haha
