since wednesday.. i think i ate too much.. after gym on wednesday, i had one plate of hor fun!, when i got home, i had er... 2 sets of sandwhiches with 1 meat patty and egg for each sandwich and some cookies.. thats dinner.. lol

now on friday, after gym.. i had.. a plate of black pepper beef rice.. got home i had a home cook meal! with 3 fish sticks, 6 meat balls with fries and vegs.. haha

and whats worse...... after all that.... i am still hungry.....

I cant believe i still recall moments when i was at my CLT course. funny thing was, in this dream, my friend and i was giving out cookies to my platoon. i can kinda even recall how i first talked to her.

i was saying: erm, can i see your notes? i forgot to bring my glasses.
She: ya sure.

i was freakingly shy when i spoke to her! lol and yes we were in No.4 uniforms back then.... wait... yea i think we were.. haha

then when i asked for her number, *erm, i think asking for contact was requested*

me: hey *** **, can i get ur number?
she: how about i give u my email?
me: er ok.

me: why cant u give me ur number?
she: lets play a game.

haha, well, this blog is almost dying.. almost.. haha i just wanna update my running timing.. so here goes..
1st run: 12min.43sec (shocked my life after not exercising for ages)

2nd run: 12min.14sec (lesser shock, abit happy due to improvement but still disappointed)

3rd run: 11min.53sec (expected result.. *not that good*, happy that there is still improvement, but.. STILL "D")

lets hope 4th run will get better.. lol.. man.. i really cant run.. haha..

I have to speak my mind.. That's why I don't hide things.. And if that way, I lose a friend.. This yea.. It's dissappointing.. This shows that the friend don't want me to speak my mind.. ... hahah.. its Thursday.. "its cold.. wo luan jiang de la.. hmm.. hm hmhmhm.. eh bu yao lame lei.." is said, once i log into my profile.. err.. stressed up abt presentation tml.. erm ya.. i went to cambodia from 21th march to 8th april i think.. haha.. first 2 weeks we had "fun".. well, it was fun really.. haha.. we help the kids by building greenhouse and paint their playground and stuff.. haha.. and by the look of their faces, man u can really tell that they are really happy! haha.. well, then it brought me to today! haha.. oh ya in cambodia the time is backed by one hour.. haha.. so where was I.. hmm ya, today.. finally i got Internet!! ooohooo!! and bloody hell i got over 200+ emails! crazy stuff! haha.. so anyway we have done our part there at the orphanage(not sure how to spell it though) haha.. so ya, now its time to ENJOY! haha.. peace..

oh ya, my cousin went to perform at a community center yesterday.. and erm.. not to brag, she did the best!! BEST i tells ya!! haha.. she can sing lo.. well, that, and most of the people performing and aunties dressing up as young ladies.. hahah.. they are trying so hard to look young lo, thick make up that looks like clown(*no offence), shiny sleeveless clothes(*WAAAAA* *PUKE!!.. sorry sorry SORRY!! *PUKE AGAIN!!..) and strong piercing voice!!!(AHHHHH!!!).. and thats not the best part.. the best part is when the show ended.. then host said all the good byes and stuff(which is saying that we should leave)... the audiences remained seated sia!!(*point at host laughing!! wahahahaha!!) lol, then the host just stand there dunno what to do!! haha.. thats the best sia, best reaction i ever seen!!! lol

Well.. where to start.. hmmm.. ok.. here goes, its a Sunday when this happened(sounds long winded..).. *cut, *skip, *fast foward.. joyce has invited us(class) over to her for house warming, i thought its a pretty cool thing to do.. haha.. thanks joyce, u have been a great host!. haha.. well, we went there and played wii.. most of the time.. hehe.. i got some vids if u guys wanna see it.. but i shall not post it now.. haha..if u people are interested, let me know in my tag box yea? lol.. we ate some finger food at her house, and some of us(ber, will, gerald and hl) played mahjong.. then we dangled there till quite abit(i think joyce got sleepy for a moment).. lol..

then, we went off at round like 9-30pm-10pm to eat.. haha.. we ate at kfc if u guys are kpo and wanna know.. hehe..then we went to clark quay.. hehe (i know how to spell le).. lol.. to meet Amanda and Shermaine..we told them we are gonna reach there at like 10.30pm and we were late.. by around 25-30mins? haha.. sry bout that.. lol.. we went, guess what, clubbing!! damn random thing to do for good boys like me.. hehe.. yes we drank a bit.. and we took lots a pictures too.. haha.. BUT!!! one not so good thing abt clubbing(at least for me) is the music.. it got a good beat i give em that.. but its way too loud for me.. haha.. well, overall its been fun.. and who wanna go again? haha.. i am up to it if i am free!! hahaha

to start i got my short hair liao.. but, erm.. its a bit too short(i think la).. oh well, hair will always grow back de.. so i am not too worried^^.. haha.. next is sth really damn sian.. I MARCUS, DID the impossible, i failed my BTT!! and if u are wondering why i wanna be so open, the reason is simple.. haha.. experience.. the BTT ar, not as simple as it seem lo.. maybe for everyone la.. but not to me.. lol.. i studied for this test, really did. i studied the "300 question" book. but only 20 question from there appear at the 50 question at BTT. then in the end, i not sure how to do abt 10 question.. then i failed..

well, i will get my licence, retaking at 2nd dec again.. its a wed.. so cant run on that day.. psps.. haha..

yo people! haha.. i just went through hell! and i think i am in heaven. Why i feel this you ask? lol simple.. My legs and arm are aching from the "training" i have with my class this weekend.. haha.. Wanna know what is it right? hehe, not telling! lol.. *kidding*.. Well, on friday we (my class) went running at the school stadium, i tried to run my 2.4km again. But the results.. erm, not too good (failed 17 min..).. Well after that, at friday night, i went to tpy and learn tricking (sth like gymnastic, but its called "trick jumping"), quite fun but very tiring. Then its over for friday.. on sat! Went gyming with a few of my friends^^.. and power, they can run sia (not kidding! i am serious!).. Well, one of them mixed up with 3 km for 3 rounds, hehe u know who u are.. haha, oh well, gotta train more to catch up to them!

on and all, i had fun.. and gonna do it again! lol

today i guess was a normal day at school.. which a lot of lesson was canceled, which was great! haha..afterwhich, i went visiting, to my itp place. they(people there at farm) were all shocked by that i came cause its only been a few days since i left there.. haha.. i dingled there till 4.40pm then, i guess i went home..after i took a bath i went to take a nap(due to a headache.. dunno why i keep having headache these days).. haha but when i woke up.. i dunno why.. i just feel like breaking sth.. killing sth.. i am pissed of at sth i did not even know of.. it has been far too long since i felt this way before..hmm.. guess its the headache..

well hope it ends before i get into trouble.. haha.. peace.. for now..

i dunno which is better, itp has finally ended or the school has started.. damn, at this bloody moment none of them seem nice.. lol.. i just wanna stay at home and rot.. maybe for a few month or sth.. oh well, life has always been against me i guess.. gonna try and visit my farm soon, lol whoever wanna come with just say so yea? lol.. the people there are great i tells ya! no kidding! lol.. oh ya, people who read my post ar, and are from sp.. pls rmb to do a feedback form at sas.

yo guys! Na, i just wanna write down here just to remind everyone that everyone will have their "not so good" days.. haha.. To start, i went to my itp. Yes, i work at a farm. my first task was to water the plant.. so wheni turn on the tap, the water shot out! straight at my face!.. haha.. then after that, i have to cut trees.. i cut a total of 3 trees today.. have to cut them into smaller size to fit into the bin.. so as i was sawing the tree.. i accidently rise my foot.. and yea u know.. haha.. i cut my toe.. my god.. the tip of my toe nails was cut into 2 lo!! yes if some of u are wondering.. i got bleed.. BUT I DID NOT CRY!! hehe.. well in this day, only about 2 "events" happened.. and it already mark as my bad day liao.. man.. blogging is tiring sia..

today after work.. it was about 5.05 pm.. we saw a couple of dogs on the road where i walked.. as i moved closer.. most of the dogs ran alway.. and left only 2.. and they were geting ready for some "HOT ACTION"!! haha.. but when i walked past them.. they looked at me and stared.. and this is the werid part.. when i took a longer look.. i realise.. they were both MALES!!!! MY GOD.. so now everyone knows ar!! dogs can be gays too!! lol
